This hotel is located in a bustling area where development plans for large-scale industrial facilities intermingle with those for apartment housing. Originally focused on leisure, in recent years with the rise of internet bookings, the hotel has seen increased demand from families and businessmen and must now respond accordingly.

We received a renewal request for the exterior based on the premise that the hotel should be operating at a ratio of 7:3 with business/family use making up the former and leisure the latter.

As the hotel faces a dark backstreet, we hoped to create a soft impression by highlighting it with lighting. After reviewing the flow of customers, we completely exchanged the exterior design at its core.

We fundamentally changed the exterior by not only looking at its appearance but also the flow of customers and more.

We increased the entrance gates to create more convenient access and gradually eliminated the closed and cramped atmosphere while also taking customer privacy into consideration.
