Hongo TonTONTeji
This shop is conceptualized as a "hospitality space". Its immaculate brown and white mood appeals to customers as an excellent example of unobtrusive shop-creation design. The chic space is created by intentionally using only lighting and the shop sign. The minimalistic interior avoids clutter to provide a relaxing and welcoming layout.
Some time ago, the first shop in Shinjuku was introduced on TV by the members of V6 - an "idol" group formed by Johnny & Associates - and gained popularity over night. The Hongo branch is the second shop in the city.
Paying minute attention to the flow of services between staff and guests, this shop achieved an unobtrusive and streamlined design, with a diverse array of available seating.
The unique name "TonTONTeji" literally means "Pig Pig Pig". Seating 42, it offers the atmosphere of a refined and hidden establishment for a new-style of yakiniku restaurant.
